Foreign tourists are also exempt from the pre-departure COVID-19 test requirement if they have been fully vaccinated as of May 30, 2022. .
“Since the opening of state borders until August 7, 2022, DOT has recorded 1.1 million foreign tourist arrivals,” said Clara.
