  • 500 g cooked beef kikil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500 g fresh egg noodles
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 1 scallion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • Ground spices:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Complementary:
  • 100 g bean sprouts, brew hot water
  • 4 tbsp fried red onion
  • chopped celery leaves
  • lime
  • cayenne pepper
How to Make Mie Kikil Bandung:
  1. Wash the beef brisket and chop roughly. Boil the gravel in enough water with the bay leaf until the gravel is soft then remove and drain the gravel.
  2. Cut the pebbles into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked.
  4. add scallions, stir until wilted.
  5. Pour the broth, bring to a boil over low heat.
  6. Add the kikil pieces, boil until boiling again. Lift.

  8. Pour the broth along with the gravel pieces.
