  • 2.5 liters of water
  • 2 spring onions, cut in half
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 cm cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Ground spices
  • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp pepper granules
  • 2 tsp salt

How to Make Betawi Beef Ribs Soup:
  1. Cut the beef ribs into medium size. Wash until clean then drain.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add beef ribs. Cook until boiling and foam floats. Remove the beef ribs, discard the water.
  3. Bring 2.5 liters of water to a boil, add beef ribs, scallions, cloves and cinnamon over low heat until the ribs are almost tender.
  4. Saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked then remove.
  5. Add it to the beef rib stew.
  6. Cook over low heat until the ribs are tender. Turn off the fire.
  7. Sprinkle the red onion and scallions.
