  • 1 fish (600 g) fresh catfish
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Spread Seasoning:
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
  • Ground spices:
  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 3 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Complementary:
  • Vegetable salad
  • Cayenne Pepper Sauce:
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper, finely sliced
  • 3 red onions, finely sliced
  • 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime/lime juice
How to Make Grilled Catfish with Spicy Soy Sauce:
  1. Clean the guts of the catfish and then wash it under running water until there is no trace of blood.
  2. Slice both sides of the body.
  3. Coat the inside of the fish belly and the outside with the turmeric, lime juice and salt. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Seasoning Spread: Stir in vegetable oil, sweet soy sauce and ground spices until smooth.
