Material :
  • 1/2 fresh chicken
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • Broth:
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Stuffing:
  • 150 g dry vermicelli, brew until soft, drain
  • 1 carrot, cut into pieces
  • Sprinkled:
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
How to Make Shredded Chicken Sauce Vermicelli:
  1. Wash the chicken and cut it into 2-4 parts.
  2. Bring the water and ginger to a boil, add the chicken pieces and reduce the heat. Boil until the chicken is soft and the remaining 1.5 liters of broth.
  3. Drain the chicken, coarsely chop the meat and set aside.
  4. Sauce: Saute garlic and onions until wilted.
  5. Enter the spring onions, stir until wilted then remove.
  6. Place in a saucepan with chicken stock, cook over low heat.
  7. Add pepper, mushroom stock, salt, carrots and shredded chicken. Bring to a boil again, turn off the heat.
  8. Put the vermicelli in a serving bowl, pour the sauce along with the chicken and carrots.
  9. Serve warm with a sprinkling of celery.
