  • 200 ml water

  • 100 g sugar
  • 65 ml instant coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour dissolved in 50 ml of water
How to Make Coconut Milk Caramel Bread Pudding:
  1. Dates Bread Pudding: Cut the bread sheets into small squares.
  2. Arrange in a heat-resistant pudding pan/mold that has been greased with oil.
  3. Arrange the bread alternating with the dates.
  4. Place in a large bowl, coconut milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla solution. Mix well. Add melted margarine, mix well.
