This Yamaha Aerox Modif Sold Out For Only 5 Minutes

Yamaha West Java released three Aerox units with a special collaboration with the fashion brand Prostreet. The only significant change from the livery which is thick with racing atmosphere is part of Yamaha’s 60th anniversary of participating in the World Gran Prix championship since 1961.

The special difference from this modified Yamaha Aerox 155 uses a livery with a racing feel with a mix of black, white, and red colors. Not to forget, the black X symbol is attached to the side of the motorcycle fairing, on a white background.

The combination of these three colors is part of “The Racing Blood of Yamaha”, or Yamaha’s spirit in navigating the World Grand Prix competition for the last 60 years.

“The design with a racing look is a combination of the Yamaha 60th anniversary world grand prix (WGP) livery and the typical Prostreet design with the same color combination as the WGP livery with the philosophy of red meaning bold, white meaning elegant, and black meaning aggressive. I thank you for the extraordinary enthusiasm of the consumers of the Yamaha All New Aerox 155 special livery of this collaboration,” said Hendri Kartono as Chief Yamaha DDS II West Java in a press release.

Yamaha West Java said that the three Aerox motorcycle units in collaboration with Prostreet were sold out in just five minutes. The motorbike was sold for Rp. 32,035,000. The motorcycle launch was carried out “Yamaha Jabar x Prostreet Meet Up 2021” on Sunday (6/12) which took place in the courtyard of the Cihampelas Walk mall in Bandung, West Java.

There is no mention of any significant changes in dimensions or design. Yamaha Aerox 155 Connected still has the characteristic X-shape design that emphasizes the crossover concept between supersport and scooter. The sporty character is emphasized by the fairing design like a motor sport.

Even in the kitchen runway, the Yamaha Aerox 155 Connected carries a new liquid-cooled 155cc Blue Core engine. The engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) technology is claimed to have evenly distributed torque at every engine speed. This new engine is capable of producing a maximum power of 11.3 kW/8,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 13.9 Nm/6,500 rpm.
